We are glad to share that the construction of the Eastfield Road Project is soon to be completed. The client is private and the architecture company is Catfish Studio Limited. The team consists of architects and interior designers, who have been working together since 2003. They specialize in private residential projects.

The Eastfield Road Project is a new-build single dwelling constructed as a steel framed structure and timber walls and floors. Due to the unfavourable ground conditions discovered on the site, heave protection had to be applied to the substructure and a reinforced concrete suspended slab was designed at Ground Floor Level. During the process the steel package was closely reviewed with the steel fabricator and the architect so that we could ensure that the scheme meets the visual requirements, which is very important in the implementation of each project.
