The scheme at Sedgmoor Place includes 13 New Units. The lower two storey part provides 4 New maisonettes, and the taller part of the building comprises of 9 new flats. The units are split into 4 one-bed homes, 6 two-bed homes and 3 three-bed homes. The structure is predominantly traditional masonry construction with a flat roof over. Mass concrete strip foundations and reinforced in situ concrete slabs were used for the substructure. The superstructure was done with masonry cavity walls, precast concrete planks floors and timber roof construction. Local steel members were introduced in areas needed.
