Former car park in Swanley being converted into a residential block of 20 self-contained dwellings. The scheme is a traditional RC frame supported on piled foundations. Our Civils team has been involved with external landscape/car park areas and have assisted with the SUDS and the connections to the drainage network.  KPT Design is currently preparing construction drawings for the works which are commencing on site later this month.
